Appointments

All practices in England are now required to make an assessment of need whenever a patient contacts the surgery.   As part of this assessment, you must provide as much information as possible to our Care Navigation team.  If you find this difficult or feel your problem is too personal, please use the patient online triage option on https://florey.accurx.com/p/B81075

Please Remember

One appointment is for one patient. If other members of your family need to see the doctor, please make a separate appointment.

Telephone Consultations

We also offer telephone consultations and if you think your problem can be dealt with on the telephone please ask the receptionist for a telephone consultation instead of a surgery appointment.  We will need a contact telephone number and you will be given a time when the doctor will call you back.

Chaperones

If you are seeing a doctor for an examination and wish to have a chaperone present, please ask the doctor who will arrange this.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
